SHIPPING POLICY
Starry Wink Jewelry currently ships within the United States only.
1. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 days after the order is placed.
Estimated delivery is approximately 10 days from the order date, including processing and carrier transit time.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate stages. The approximately 10-day total delivery estimate begins on the order date and includes both stages.
2. SHIPPING COST
We currently offer free Standard shipping within the United States.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
You can also view your order status through your customer account.
4. DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery timing is not exact or guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us at starrywinkteam@outlook.com and we will assist you as appropriate.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Because our jewelry products are valuable, shipments may include tracking, signature confirmation, or additional shipping protection depending on the value of the order and the shipping service used.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about returns, and return shipping.
6. ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at starrywinkteam@outlook.com. We will try to accommodate address-change requests before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
