Cancellation policy

Purchase options, including pre-orders or other deferred purchase arrangements, are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

For pre-order or deferred purchase orders:

• You may request cancellation before your order has been fulfilled by contacting us at starrywinkteam@outlook.com.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer available and any return will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• If we are unable to ship a pre-order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will provide an updated estimated shipping date and, where required by applicable law, provide you with the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.
• Any cancellation or refund will be processed in accordance with the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.
